How do I use the RMA?

First you have to activate the RMA feature. The second step will be to edit those products that you want to activate the rma by selecting the option "RMA Enabled". This is required for every product that you want RMA enabled. If a user purchases a product, for which the rma was enabled, he can login to his account and submit the rma by clicking on the invoice. The rma needs to be accepted by the administrator for the rma process to start. | |
