Why when I generate a FedEx meter number, I get this error:?

The error:

org.xml.sax.SAXParseException: Datatype error: In element 'StateOrProvinceCode' : Value '' does not match regular expression facet '[A-Z]{2}'

is indicating that you haven't provided the state or province in the form.

If you're in the US you can also get a FedEx developer account and then login and generate your meter number by entering your client's data into their form.

Go to: http://www.fedex.com/us/developer

Click on Technical Resources/FedEx Services For Shipping/Move to Production and then scroll to the bottom and click on Obtain Production Key.

The process might be similar for other countries.
