Is it possible to change the Hot Deals image?

You can change all of the cart default site images from within the administration panel. Login to your admin area and go to to Cart Settings >> Appearence Settings.

You can then click on >> Edit Default Site Images. There you will be able to replace all of the default images in the Shopping Cart application.
