Why I do not see the other 3 test products that I entered to the cart?

The reason why the 3 products you have entered are not visible at the front end is because the product description is missing. IXXO Cart Plus is a multilanguage solution and products/categories are language specific. Even if you create a product and you do not add the description, the product wont show at the front end.

This is necessary for the online shops that support more than one language. This is useful if you want to restrict some categories and products being visible to certain languages.
