Shared SSL Cerificate

This is how I got IXXO Cart to work no problems using a shared SSL 1. Install IXXO Cart 2. Create the IXXO Cart Menu Item in Joomla’s Menu Item Manager (I named the link “Store”) 3. Open your browser and go to your https://yoursite.secure.host.com (this is the SSL address provided by your hosting company) 4. Click on the “Store” link 5. You should see https://yoursite.secure.host.com/index.php?option=com_ixxocart&Itemid=63 in your browser address bar. 6. Copy the complete link 7. Return to the Joomla Adminstration area 8. Go to Menus mainmenu Click on “Store” (or what ever you named your page) 9. Click on the “Change Type” button and choose External Link 10. In the “Link” box paste in the complete link “https://yoursite.secure.host.com/index.php?option=com_ixxocart&Itemid=63” 11. Click Apply then Click Save 12. Now go to Components Ixxo Cart 13. Enter your user name and password 14. Inside the Ixxo Cart Admin page click Cart Settings Global Cart Settings Global Site Settings 15. In the “Global Http Url: paste again the complete link “https://yoursite.secure.host.com/index.php?option=com_ixxocart&Itemid=63” 16. In the “Global Https: Url: paste once more the complete link “https://yoursite.secure.host.com/index.php?option=com_ixxocart&Itemid=63” 17.
